What are the typical tasks?

  • Gathering and recording client requests in the ticket System through the hotline
  • Solving the request: adjustment/tests, solve configuration issues, …
  • Recording the request solution
  • Ensuring the software’s Quality with internal tests
  • Ensuring the test enviorment maintenance

What do you bring?

  • Good knowledge in one or more programing and scripting language: C/C++, Java, JavaScript, SQL, Perl, Shell
  • Experience with Unix/ Linux-systems
  • Experience with SVN or other versioning software is a plus
  • Analytical thinking as well as acting independently
  • Structured way of working as well as pronounced problem-solving capabilities
  • Flexibility, commitment and initiative and Team- and Communication capability
  • Fluent in German and English
